Maneuverability- very good. Light weight - yes. We just finished a trip that involved five flights. We checked the bags twice- was less expensive than taking onboard. They took the punishment - no damage. I packed two weeks worth of jeans, shirts, sweaters and two pair of shoes. The stow under the seat shoulder bag held my purse, book and the toiletries bag that came with the set.

Great luggage!

Definitely worth the money
I bought the three piece set. Flew with the smallest one to Boston as a carry on. No problems with it as a carry on. I flew with the largest one on a three week work trip to Vietnam. The large one was great. It held a lot, but kept my weight low. It felt a bit flimsy when I first opened it, but it held up well on 9 flights in three weeks. I wheeled it in and out of domestic and international airports in Vietnam. Wheels held up great. Zippers held up well. It maneuvered well. For the price I paid, I'm more than pleased.

If this suitcase were a person it’d be a fighter
One, I didn’t really know how to work the lock so I can’t say much about that. BUT. I took a trip to mexico. Left on a bus and came back on a plane. It did amazingly on the bus and the plane, no crack even though hard shells usually crack or dent with the way airports treat them. They had a lot of stuff packed into them as well but the zipper never quit! I also used the carry on a lot as I went from town to town and the wheels never made it difficult to steer. Overall surprised with my purchase I wasn’t expecting a lot but they're very good suitcases for the price!

I feel like, I can make it roll with my mind.
Very sharp looking stuff, thoughtful design. I wish it didn't scuff so easily. I have this large and a carry on with the lap top pocket in the front. All that aside this is the smoothest rolling luggage I've ever owned and it's far cheaper than some I've owned. It will literally roll away than back to you in the airport from the vibrations. (It's that smooth). I wish they sold replacement wheels so when one inevitably breaks, I can have one to fix it on the road. ( I did a Hong Kong trip on 3 wheels. Never again.)

Haven’t quite had for a month yet but I’ve flown with the carry on roller and it’s held up well so far. Pattern is beautiful in person, tassels and edging are lovely. Zippers are strong quality and self correcting, structure of luggage holds up well. It’s deep, comes with bag inserts, and easily carried 5 days of clothing/toiletries and an extra pair of shoes. Some visible markings on the edging where it was roughed up by the plane, but mostly still perfect. Wheels are functional with no issue, and the handle is sturdy. Will update after using more of the pieces on a longer trip in July.

I have not used it yet, and will revise my review if I need to after I do. The set is simply beautiful! From some other reviews, I was prepared for the necessity of using the locks, and the fear that they may not hold, but all 3 in this set have extra straps to hold them shut. The larger 2 have key locks. The smallest has the combination lock. The smallest case has a strap that snaps onto the case, the larger 2 fasten with buckles. I had also ordered the clear plastic protectors, as a separate order, and the seller contacted me to tell me this set already comes with them! I truly appreciate the honesty and integrity of this seller! They canceled the order for me, and saved me a lot of money, especially the extra shipping charges I needed in order to get them in time. I can't wait to use them! No more boring black luggage in baggage claim!
Edit: I received so many compliments with this luggage! I am very glad I used the covers, kept them pristine and perfect.

a GORGEOUS set!
This luggage set is beautiful. I was looking to buy myself new luggage as mine isn’t super nice or matching at all. This set was a little bit pricier but when they came, it really felt worth it. Looks *just* like the pictures. I was really excited for the vintage feel of it while still being a little modern and dreamy and I was super pleased with everything! I was also prepared for it to feel low quality but it honestly feels very sturdy, and they come with plastic protectors to keep it from getting dirty or scratched when checking bags. The locks are very secure as well which I love. The checked bag isn’t huge but it’s definitely bigger than carry-ons are allowed to be. I’m super excited to use these!
