How to Reset the TSA Combination Lock
1. The lock is preset at 0-0-0
2. Use a pen or something pointed to press the reset button (the small hole on the side of the lock)
3. Enter your new code by rotating the wheels
4. Remove the pen and push once on the opening button.
Your new combination is now set.

Lightweight luggage
This luggage is pretty lightweight for a hard shell with metal corner padding. This allowed us to fit more items without going over the weight limit. The luggage is also expandable so we can fit more stuff when we need to. The inside is quite spacious. The wheels are free rolling 360 degrees. Making it much easier to maneuver. The luggage has a dividing sheet with zipper and elastic straps to keep stuff from shifting around. The luggage also came with TSA approved lock too. This combo lock makes me feel much safer as we travel.
easily scratched is not metal gives way if you push firmly on it
we bought this suitcase to travel to Boston from Florida to visit my inlaws since that is where my husband is from and all of them live up there when looking at the picture we thought that the material or the suitcase itself would be harder but when you push on it with your hand and press down hard enough it will move or buckle it's not soft or anything but it does give way to pressure. it's scratched after its journey through the airport but other than that it held up fine and we were happy that it served its purpose it holds a ton of clothes because I always over-pack and it fits everything. overall it did the job it was supposed to do
She loves it!
I purchased this for my mother. She is almost 80 and is traveling more. She said it's absolutely perfect, and if she by some chance packs a little too much, she can unzip it and expand it by 2inches. She's very happy
