Great bag, holds more than you think
I've never travelled with anything more than a backpack, but needed something more substantial, but still airplane over-head appropriate, for an Alaskan vacation. This guy was perfect! Fit everything I asked it to fit... and then some! I was able to do a 10 day Alaska land/sea trip with just this bag and a very small backpack which fit in the under-seat area. No bag checking for us! Rolls great, the expandable functionality lets you really fit stuff in, and then cinch it down to over-head size. Everything worked as it should, no problems at all.
Durable; maneuverable when fully packed
This roller bag zigzags the country with me, loaded to the full 50lb airline capacity. It makes getting around with all my things very manageable, and I like the two extension length options with the handle for pulling or pushing.
Great Samsonite suitcase!
Replaced a soft-side Samsonite with this one. The old one endured years of constant, professional business traveling all over the world. This suitcase has already gone overseas twice and all over the US a half-dozen times. It is holding up well and I really like this suitcase. I was concerned it might not age or wear well, but it is, hardly showing any scarring on the outside.
