This suitcase looks really nice, and it has the color I like. The case is wear-resistant and scratch-resistant, and the capacity is large, so it can hold a lot of things. The trolley is very good, and the wheels of the suitcase are also very smooth, and there is no sound no matter how much stuff is loaded. The most convenient thing is that it has a cup holder for cups. In addition, the power bank can be charged directly in the case, and finally you don’t have to hold it in your hand anymore. It feels like you don’t even have to carry a bag. Overall, the suitcase has a high cost-effectiveness, and it is very good for short-distance travel.

Great product for the price
PROS
- super light weight: I packed this thing to the MAX; toiletries, clothes, shoes, everything. And it still felt extremely light
- durable: I got this in the white color and after several flights (through carry on) there were only a few minor scuffs. I took a towel with warm water and dial soap and it came right off which I was pleasantly surprised about given any other white luggage I’ve had stained almost immediately.
- the extras! Having the cup holder and charging port helps keep your hands free
- lots of space
- wheels: this thing was easy and fast to move. The wheels are extremely smooth.
- size: fit easily in overhead and through TSA
- lock

CONS
- interior: I prefer my luggage to have more organization. It’s not necessarily a big con, but it could be better if both sides had zipper covers.

Overall, this is a super functional and solid choice for a carry on

A Breath of Fresh Air
During a time when good customer service is next to nonexistent, the correspondence I received regarding a suitcase I had purchased has become the proverbial breath of fresh air.
I had purchased this suitcase because I wanted something that would allow me to push it through airports with ease, not to mention that I also really liked that it sported a really nice cup holder.
However, the wheels were of such poor quality, turning this way and that, It being past the return date I decided to post a review to give it a one-star. "Don't waste your money," I wrote. "The wheels are a piece of crap."
To my (happy) surprise, I was immediately contacted by the company telling me they wanted very much to keep my business and offered either to replace the item or to give me a full refund. I selected the latter and I am changing my review to a five-star because of the excellent customer service I received. It is nice to know that companies do pay attention to product reviews, and when it is not as favorable as it could be, are willing to do something about it.
