 This luggage flew off the top of my car in the middle of the interstate…and stayed closed
Love this set! It’s easy to manuver, it’s cute, but also I had it strapped to the top of my car at one point and it came undone due to the ratchet straps. Flew into the interstate and stayed completely closed. Can’t even tell there are scuff marks, really! Huge fan.

Great!! Family Set
I purchased the family set: 28, 24, 20, and 16 inch. I used the 28 inch and 20 inch one when we went to Italy. We flew on AirFrance and the 28 inch was our checked and the 20 inch was our carryon. We went to both Naples and Rome, in Naples we were on the train and taxi’s, was fine. In Rome we walked from the train station to our hotel. There was cobblestone and the wheels held up just fine!! All still in good condition!!
As for the 16 inch we just flew on Sun Country and used it as our under the seat item. With wheels its a little bigger than their requirements. But they didn’t make us put it in the slot to confirm. However as the picture shows it fits under the seat! So it should be fine!

Bought this set from the many great reviews but the one that sold it for me was a guy who wrote "just sent these flying across the freeway" which I found hilarious and can concur they are very very sturdy! Waited to review until after my trip but these were put through the wringer. Flew from Palm Spring to San Francisco to Tokyo. Then while in Japan for 2 weeks we used a luggage transfer service 3 times. Then the same trip back to the states. They held up! The rollers are smooth and don't catch, it's a hard shell but still has some flexibility. Zippers are quality. I love that they have the TSA approved combination locks. The color options are great I wanted something that stood out and I got a couple compliments on the yellow :) the yellow does show scuffs when they get dirty but that wipes off and the paint only came off very slightly in one bottom corner.

Over 9/10 highly recommended! And for the price at under $200? No brainer.

My husband travels internationally for his job. He flies from the US to Europe, Asia and back every month. Purchased this set 3 1/2 years ago and still going strong!

It has been lost by airlines, run over by the Uber, slept in by the cat, and gotten plenty of use and abuse. Can't say enough good things about the durability for this price.

I am ordering another set for myself and kids to use!

Multiple international airports - no problem!
We first used them in multiple international airports in Asia. They were solid and worked great. zippers were no problem.

Their ability to nest was a bonus. We knew we would buy some stuff so we needed more return space than what we were bringing. We shipped the almost empty largest one between two of our hotels and took the smaller ones on the Shinkansen bullet train in Japan.

Even stuffing everything into the smaller ones, the zippers were smooth. We had to roll them from train stations out onto the street to hotels. No problem. Sure we bought a lighter color that got a bit dirty but we knew that and frankly they look cool now.

I don't like to throw out five star reviews easily but if I can't find a complaint then why not? I give stars relative to price, performance for that price, and how the features hold up. So my conclusion is it would be hard to find better for the price.

Good luggage, Great Customer Service
I am pretty hard on my luggage. I usually load up my luggage with almost exactly 49 lbs to avoid heavy luggage fees at 50lbs+, and I tend to use the collapsable handle even while going over concrete sidewalks etc. Its not uncommon for me to break wheels. Well sure enough, one of the wheels broke on my luggage but I noticed that I could remove the entire wheel housing and it even had a standard luggage wheel size, A-03. So I contacted the company to get a replacement wheel and while Cool Life Luggage does not sell replacement wheels, they went ahead and refunded me $54 for the cost of the piece of luggage with the broken wheel since I was still barely within the 2 year warranty (literally on month 23 of the 2 year warranty). So I used that money to order a $15 set of replacement A-03 luggage wheels off ebay! I will post an update when my wheels come and I replace the broken wheel. Should be super easy since the wheel housing is just held on with 4 Philips screws. Super easy to remove the housing, I just made a small incision in the liner near the corner of the wheel I was taking off, just big enough to put my index finger inside. Then I pulled off the sticky plastic cover that covers the screw heads, then unscrewed the screws and voila, the wheel housing came right off.
Highly recommend this company. Getting the refund was SUPER easy. I think I just googled "cool life luggage" and found their customer service email. They were super quick to respond and I just sent them some pictures of the damage and told them my amazon order number and they refunded me within 24 hours. Seriously, A+ company in my book.
